Frozen heads of white mushrooms, breaded, IQF
For deep fryers or ovens. The breaded heads (approx. 15-20 g) are processed whilst still in their frozen state and are ready to be served within 3-4 minutes. Leave to cool slightly before eating. As a snack with a dip, as a starter, or as a savoury side dish.
