Frozen apricots wrapped in bacon
Dried, pitted, sulphured apricots wrapped in smoked pork belly. For a tapas bar, a finger food buffet, or as a side for hot dishes. Heat fat in a pan and fry frozen apricots on medium heat while turning several times (approx. 5 minutes) until crispy. Fry at 180°C for 2-3 minutes in a deep fryer.
